OnePlus 5T, the first bezel-less display smartphone from OnePlus which was launched in India a few days back will be going on Sale today. The first sale of OnePlus 5T will be exclusive to Amazon Prime members and will start at 4:30 pm IST which is today. Users who wish to buy the OnePlus 5T can also get it from there official store or Experience store setup in selected cities. The open sale of the smartphone will flag-off from November 28 in India, US, and EU markets.
OnePlus 5T Specification
OnePlus 5T is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with Adreno 540 GPU and comes in two different variants, one with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage and a higher variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The display on the smartphone is a 6.0-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 18:9 aspect ration and a pixel resolution of 1080*2160. This huge bezel-less display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Camera:
OnePlus 5T comes to a minor change in its rear dual-camera setup. The telephoto lens is now been replaced by normal focal length lens with 20MP sensor and f/1.7 aperture which beliefs to improve low-light performance. The front camera is a 16MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera can shoot videos in 4K at 30 fps while the front camera is capable of shooting video in 1080p.
Battery:
The handset is packed with a 3,300 mAh battery and DASH charging technology.
Software:
OnePlus 5T comes with Android 7.1.1 Nougat based on OxygenOS out of the box. It will also be getting Android Oreo update soon.
Connectivity option: USB port, GPS, NFC, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, Bluetooth v5 with A2DP, Type-C Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, LE, aptX, and EDR support. This new device also has a 3.5mm headphone jack and dual-SIM options.
OnePlus 5T is priced the same as OnePlus 5, priced at INR 32,999 for 64GB variant and INR 37,999 for 128GB variant.
OnePlus 5T launch offers
OnePlus has hosted many launch offers, which include Rs. 1,500 instant discount for HDFC Bank Debit and Credit card users. 1,008GB 4G data offer from Idea to users given that user needs to recharge a pack of INR 357 every month for 18 months, 12month damage insurance plan which requires Kotak 811 app installed and activating with a deposit of INR 1,000, 1-year free Zomato Gold membership. Rs. 500 credit on the Kindle store, and finally, Rs. 300 Amazon Pay balance cashback on new Amazon Prime customers, apart from Rs. 250 Amazon Pay balance when the video is streamed via the Prime Video app.
