Xiaomi now in Dubai, Launches Mi Mix

Xiaomi has finally made its way in middle-east. Xiaomi will sell their device via its official distributor, TASK FZCO. Wang Xiang, Xiaomi’s Senior Vice President along with Head of Expansion Marketing Mr Steven Wang, Launched 3 devices on stage. These devices were Redmi 4A, Redmi Note 4 and their concept phone Mi Mix. These devices will be available in stock in the next few weeks in Dubai. Check their website

The Redmi Note 4 comes with a 5.5-inch full-display and is powered by Snapdragon 625 processor. The smartphone comes in a full unibody design and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow based MIUI 8 which will be soon getting N update. The device sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash with Song sensors and 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The device is powered by 4100 mAh battery which is said to give 2 days of battery life. The smartphone comes with a fingerprint scanner. The device will be available with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal the other model will come with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal priced at AED 659 and AED 899.

Redmi 4A

Redmi 4A will be the mid-range smartphone for the middle-east market. The smartphone comes with Snapdragon 425 processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal. The Redmi 4A sports a 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The 3,120 mAh battery and supports dual-SIM and 4G VoLTE connectivity. Redmi 4A will be priced AED 389. This device will be soon in stock.

Mi MIX

Mi Mix

Mi MIX one of the anticipated phone launched in the year 2016. This concept phone from Xiaomi came with a Bezel-less display and high-end specification. It comes with a 6.4-inch Bezel-less display with Full-HD resolution and offers 17:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 821 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The placement of modules in this device is different. The earphone in this phone is replaced by the piezoelectric ceramic acoustic system.
The smartphone is powered by 4,400mAh battery and supports a Quick charge. Build in full ceramic body and the device looks good and steady. It is priced at AED 2999 which is about Rs 54,500 quite higher than the Chinese market. Dubai would be the second market for Mi Mix after China. Doesn’t seem it’s going to make way to India soon.
